Our Search Process focuses on
Understanding the client organization with regard to current business areas, organization structure, culture and growth plans in terms of head-count, geography and business areas.
Discussing with the client on the job responsibilities, location, expertise required, etc
Mapping specific competencies (expertise, current grade/ band, deliverables, accountabilities, among others) with the job description and arrive at the list of target organizations/ segments, which would be shared with our client to check whether both of us are in sync.
Sourcing right candidates from our database and using our network. Candidates are contacted and provided complete information on the job opportunity to make them interested
Proposing the most suitable candidates’ profiles to the client and organize discussions as a part of the selection process
Background Checks on candidate(s) who have been selected for hire, could be conducted with help of third-party agencies
Negotiations for the final candidate’s compensation requirements, if required
Post joining follow- ups with the client and the candidate, ensuring smooth hand-holding
